Pick from any classes on the Pan Am schedule — morning, lunch, or evening. One of those should be the Saturday women's class. The other two are your choice. 18 sessions in 6 weeks.
Snap a photo at the gym or check in through our system. No check-in = no credit. We track every session so there's no guessing at the end.
Hit all 18 sessions? You get your full $149 back. You basically trained for free for 6 weeks. Don't finish? The deposit stays with Pan Am. No exceptions.
Not 2. Not "I'll make it up next week." 3 per week, every week, for 6 weeks. Miss a week? You can't stack sessions to catch up.
Every visit needs proof. A gym selfie, a check-in scan, or a screenshot from the booking system. If it's not tracked, it didn't happen.
Showing up 10 minutes before class ends doesn't count. You need to attend the full session. The coaches know.
17 out of 18 sessions doesn't earn a partial refund. Complete the full challenge or don't. That's what makes it a challenge.
