BEFORE YOU COMMIT

I've never boxed before — can I do this?
Yes. You'll be attending regular classes where coaches guide everyone through the workout. You don't need experience — you just need to show up. The first few classes will be tough. That's normal.
Which classes count toward the challenge?
Any class on the Pan Am schedule counts. We recommend the Saturday women's class as one of your three weekly sessions, but the other two can be any class that fits your schedule — morning, lunch, or evening.
What if I get sick or injured?
The challenge has no exceptions built in — that's what makes it a challenge. If you're worried about illness or injury, you can front-load sessions early in the week to build a buffer. But if something truly serious happens, talk to us. We're tough, not heartless.
Do I need my own gloves?
Gloves are available to rent at the front desk. Wraps you'll need to buy — also available at the front desk.
How do I prove I attended?
Check in through the Mindbody booking system when you pre-register for class. We can also accept gym selfies posted to the challenge group chat. As long as we can verify you were there, it counts.
Is there sparring?
Regular classes don't include sparring. You'll be hitting bags, doing pad work with coaches, and doing boxing-specific conditioning. No contact with other participants.
What happens after the 6 weeks?
You get your money back and you decide if you want to keep going. No auto-enrollment, no hidden fees. Most people who finish the challenge sign up for a membership because the habit is already built — but that's entirely your call.
How is this different from just buying a membership?
A membership costs $105/month with no accountability. The challenge costs $149 with full accountability — and you get it all back if you show up. It's designed to make quitting more expensive than finishing.
